absolutely appalling. Profit over customer satisfaction. prices sky high, quality probably the worst youd get anywhere. Dog fouling all over the place. bins r a disgrace always overflowing and recycling is a joke. Fees go up approx £250 a year which is 5 times inflation. Definitely not value for money and little or no interest in maintaining grass etc. Last few yrs they have suddenly started removing certain vans that are 20yrs old yet allow others to remain. Seems the owner has passed the reigns over to someone more interested in flash cars, flash clothes and generating obscene yearly fees for a site with the fewest facilities of any caravan site in Portrush. To increase prices 10% per year is just wrong and the number of disgruntled customers doesnt even bother the "new" site manager. Coleraine council should explore it to see how badly run it is

Staff on reception were very unhelpful in directing me to see my Psychologist. I was told I was in the wrong building when the psychologist is in the same building. Very confusing and off putting atmosphere.

Beautiful place. I liked it.
