How rude, customer service is shocking, after being sold a ring described as d@g and finding out it wasnt I was escorted from the shop upsetting my small child , false advertising, owner cant accept criticism, is in the hands of trading standards

Only thing I have to say; everything but serious ! the wrong flowers, instead of white roses, a crappy multi colored small bouquet, delivery not on time, while ordered 2 weeks in forehand.

I have stopped going to this shop months ago. Bad customer service, rude staff I had paid for my items and had not taken a bag as I only live up the road. The woman serving was on her computer thing talking to someone in India and was shouting to her kids who were at the back of the shop. She hadnt bothered to even listen to me asking for my cigarettes as she was too busy with her relatives/kids. So when I finally got her attention to try and buy my cigarettes she tried telling me I hadnt paid for my beers even though I had already paid for them!!! If she hadnt been so busy on her computer/shouting at her kids she would have realised I had already paid for my beers!!!! Wont shop there again, had a big argument with her in the shop, she is terrible as a shop worker!!!!
