Absolutely shocking front of house customer service here this afternoon (17.09.2017 at 2,28pm) Booked and paid for a holiday a few weeks ago costing nearly £2000, had the most famous customer. We experience in every way from the young girl who served us She encourage us to return to let her check us in on line and book some airport parking Well today her colleagues let her down! As we entered the store which was empty other than us apart from a lady already being served Two assistants stood chatting with their colleague at the money exchange turned and looked as my husband and I entered the store and make our way to the front desk They turned their back on us and carried on chatting! After a fee minutes one of the staff started walking towards us ( cup still in hand) and we thought was coming to serve us Nope instead she left us standing there whilst she chatted to the other customer who was already being served The other member Ed of staff ignored us to and went in the back Another couple entered the store and went to sit on the chairs ( as one was elderly) They too were ignored When yest a different member of staff came in she went to the other couple to help them Even though they were telling her that we were already waiting! Even then she didnt ask us if we wanted assistance and helped the other couple All of which time the assistant stood chatting was still stood chatting! Absolutely unbelievable and disgusting customer service Will not be returned here but I think the staff should go on a refresher course for customer service Mrs Palmer
