Good service on the coach, however, unclear direction from the on-board "Captain" resulted in a misunderstanding regarding check in time at hotel, which I, and several others, missed. I was on my own when I came to check in, although several other people did exactly as i did, and went to eat first. The "Captain" was extremely unpleasant to me regarding this. I was a woman on my own at the time, and felt humiliated by him in a public place, i.e. hotel reception. I told him I was not happy. The driver replied that he did not care if I was not happy, and strode off. This was on the first day of our holiday, which, we felt, was utterly spoilt by this man. My daughter later encountered what i feel was verging on verbal abuse from the same person. We were not given a departure time for end-of holiday pick up time, and were just left wondering, till the last minute. Regarding the attitude I had earlier had to endure, I phoned my husband back home, who phoned the company to complain. The "Captain" was notified and spoke to my husband on the phone, promising to see me in the hotel and sort thing out, however, he did not do this at any time during the duration of the holiday. Calls to the phone numbers given to us in the literature were fruitless, no reply, apart from being able to reach a mechanic back at base, who promised a return call in the morning. I have no record of this on my phone. Personally, I would not waste my money on this firm again. Very good transport and service on board bus, and I must say that Andy, the driver, was a gentle, friendly presence, but our experience was one of dreadful personal attitude from the "Captain" which paying customers should never have to encounter. Let buyer beware.
